I like to start the younger children out in Bastien Piano Basics music course.
There are three books that you will need- Theory, Piano and Performance, all pictured here.
The Primer Level is what we will start with, they are pink books.
These books are great for the young students as they are colorful, sometimes silly and very simple, yet offer a wealth of information to get them started off right.
